We take pride in offering high-quality handmade accessories and essential supplies. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Any item returned damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dental sterilisation pouches

  • Nitrile gloves

  • Hair nets

  • Restaurant takeaway containers

  • Any opened or used   products

Handmade items (such as beaded or tassel earrings and leather keychains) are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the item (if available)

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method


4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team before sending items back.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided in your email confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
